Netgains, a leading technology company, is seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our team in Chandigarh/Mohali. We welcome freshers with a technical background or candidates with a minimum of 3 months to 6 months of experience to apply. As a Technical IT Recruiter at Netgains, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and technical skills.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating candidate communication.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
