Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve team targets.
• Develop strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and lead a team effectively.

Salary Package:

• ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on team target achievement.
