Job Description:

- Understanding academic projects/assignments/tasks requirements and ensuring if the solution is as per requirements.

- Checking & verifying the Relevance, Grammar, Plagiarism, Formatting & Referencing in an assignment.

- Understanding client's escalation, discussing the issues with experts and coming up with appropriate solution.

- Dealing with Experts / clients on chat or call wherever required.

- Maintaining healthy relationship with experts and facilitating timely delivery of projects.

- Should have good English written communication skills.

- Freshers/ Experienced both can apply.

- Identifying expert's related issues, sharing timely feedback to them over the call or message.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong academic background, Versatile with multiple subjects, Efficient in communication, Capable of understanding inside of projects/assignments, Willing to listen and learn

- Capable to convince/express oneself efficiently.

-Freshers/Experience both can apply.

-Immediate Joiners would be preferred
