Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver backend development projects in the IT Services and Consulting space. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development projects end-to-end (Java / Python / Dot Net, etc.)
• Manage client and stakeholder communication
• Oversee resource allocation and risk management
• Facilitate Agile practices and process optimization
• Maintain project documentation and technical specs
• Any cloud experience
• Understanding of complete life cycle of the project / SDLC

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT project management focused on backend development
• Strong technical knowledge of backend systems and cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• PMP or Scrum certification (preferred)
