Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage projects of medium to large scale, including project planning, execution, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, and budget Resource allocation.
• Good knowledge of resource estimation and resource planning techniques.
• Able to provide inputs on skill levels required, skill mix, and onsite/offshore work allocation.
• Identify gaps in resource availability and plan for fulfilments on time.
• Identify dependencies sequence the work and guide new team members.
• Plan and work on Resource allocation. Make sure of optimization utilization of available resources
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery processes.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Capacity management, Assets, Event management, Cost management, services & client management, Resource tracking, Desired Skills and Competencies
• Client Management-
▪ Communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, present technical offerings, and proactively suggest solutions.
• Change Management -
▪ Demonstrates working knowledge of customer organization change management process, principles, and tools.
▪ Able to work on change management projects.
• Domain/Industry Knowledge
▪ Working knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platforms or products.
▪ Capable of analysing business requirements and guiding team research to stay updated on the competitive landscape.
• Technology Knowledge -
▪ Good knowledge of the platform and associated technologies.
▪ Understand the technology landscape in customer organization, product roadmap, product strategy, etc.
• Scheduling and Resource Planning
▪ Identify, review, and schedule resource requirements.
▪ Identify gaps in resource availability and plan for fulfilments on time.
Qualifications • B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech (CSE), Any computer background + Management background.
