• Research industry-related topics and prepare well-structured drafts.

• Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone, and define branding through content tone and words.

• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.

• Edit and proofread text.

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

• Promote content on social media.

• Keep website content updated and in sync with brand tone.

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

• Manage and oversee social media content.

• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

• Excellent creative writing skills.

• Impeccable spelling and grammar.

• Strong research, organizational, and learning skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword placements

• Knowledge of software development and the IT industry.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Understanding of web traffic metrics and analysis.
