We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team at NeosAlpha Technologies, located in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and have a robust understanding of recruitment processes, with a focus on sourcing and interviewing potential talent.

  • Proven ability in sourcing strategies for diverse recruitment needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong interviewing skills with a focus on assessing candidate potential and fit (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective candidate screening techniques to shortlist potential hires (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation to manage job offers and expectations smoothly.
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain a robust talent pool.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey requirements clearly.
  • Solid understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
  • Experience in IT talent acquisition with a focus on aligning recruitment strategies to business goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and update job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
