Preparing the detailed BOM

• Costing optimisation

• Support to pre-bid team in terms of site surveys, technical discussions with clients, lay-out guidance, Generation reports and analysis

• Support to Sales team for order closing

• Tender evaluation, optimisation analysis, support till submission.

• Knowledge of shadow analysis for effective layout plan as well generation commit-ments

• Designing of AC / DC Cable Calculations, Losses etc. in detail.

• Shall have in depth knowledge of mechanical as well as electrical design calculations.

• Assess and respond to the needs of each client through all phases of pre-sales life cycle.

• Capacity to lead and develop team of presales engineers.

• Shall be sink with latest market updates, new technology and price trends.

• New Vendor development for latest technology evaluation

• Support in design and development as and when required.

• Maintain close communication with the clients /customers to keep a track of changing requirements and prepare proposal accordingly. Providing clarity on scope.

• Create and make presentations to potential clients through direct communications.

• Skill Set- Key Account Management, Business Strategy Planning for order closing, Team Management, Liasoning knowledge across all states

• Able to travel across India for client meetings.

• Knowledge of BESS (Battery Energy storage System) will be an added advantage.

• ERP knowledge will be added advantage.

EXp:8 -10 years in Presales /Proposal / Pre-Bid (Solar Industry – Rooftop & Ground Mount Both

Education: BE/B-Tech (Electrical / Mechanical), Post Graduation in Solar / Renewable Energy will be preferable.

Software knowledge:Shall have in depth knowledge and experience in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, PVSyst

The Presales Manager will be responsible for Overall Project Costing, Pre-Bid Preparation, Tendering, Sales and De-sign support
