We are hiring customer support executive.
We are seeking a new customer support to join our team. You will be handling a wide variety of tasks from client handling, transactions & multiple softwares. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, delivering on deadlines & attention to detail.
Required skill sets
· Bachelor’s degree in finance/Banking services with strong foundation in accounting
· 1-2 years’ experience in Mutual funds back-office operations
· CRM software skills – Investwell/ Wealth Elite/Happyness Factory / Profit proficiency
· MF research software (NGEN) - Basic skills to generate reports & to add data
· NSENMF & Wealth Elite – Knowledge of online transactions
· CRM skills - Handling client queries & resolving them within the structured timeframe, communicating through mail, call, messages
· Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Interpersonal skills – To clearly communicate with clients & team
· Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
· NISM-Series-V-A Mutual Fund Distributors certification good to have
· Knowledge of excel is essential to make charts, graphs, tables, and use of formulas & functions.
