•            Assisting in implementing various Legal / Corporate actions.

•            Filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and Stock exchanges.

•            Maintenance of minutes and other records as required as per Companies Act

•            Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, SEBI LODR Regulations

•            Effectively dealing and liaising with external authorities like, SEBI, ROC, RTA, Debenture Trustee Auditors, Lawyers, etc.

•            Experience in listing of NCD’s will be an added advantage

•            Good understanding and experience of compliance requirements related to Quarterly & Annual Compliances and informing on the Stock exchange.

•            Responsible for creation of ISIN, Corporate action plans, Allotment of Debentures, PAS 3, MGT 14.

•            Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities.

•            Incorporation of the New Company/LLP

•            Responsible for the compliances of Charge Creation, Modification, Satisfaction of Charges

•            Any other event-based compliances as and when required.

Work timing : 9:30 to 6:30

All Saturdays are working till 2 pm.
