Job Overview

Neolysi Technologies is seeking a talented UI UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and creating user interfaces and experiences for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with a focus on innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience and possess a strong skill set in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, HTML5, CSS, Figma, JavaScript, and Bootstrapping.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in UI UX design and development
• Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, HTML5, CSS, Figma, JavaScript, and Bootstrapping
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using industry-standard tools
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and creativity
• Familiarity with UI development frameworks and libraries
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that effectively communicate user interactions and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to iterate and enhance designs
• Ensure designs are in line with brand guidelines and industry best practices
• Optimize UI components for maximum performance and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI UX trends, techniques, and technologies
