Roles & responsibilities:

• Accurately record and manage patient related documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant data protection regulations.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems or other relevant software tools for accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a high-volume environment and adhere to strict protocols and guidelines
• Familiarity with medical terminologies is an advantage.
• Should have good typing speed
• Candidates should be from Trivandrum location
• Should be an Immediate joiner

Shift Timing - 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Work Location - Thirumala, Trivandrum
