Roles & responsibilities:
- Accurately record and manage patient related documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant data protection regulations.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems or other relevant software tools for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a high-volume environment and adhere to strict protocols and guidelines
- Familiarity with medical terminologies is an advantage.
- Should have good typing speed
- Candidates should be from Trivandrum location
- Should be an Immediate joiner
Shift Timing - 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Work Location - Thirumala, Trivandrum
