Ecorgy Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage the clinical services team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with extensive experience in managing clinicians or voice process teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with clinicians to assign patient care according to established protocols and standards.
  • Coordinate and manage interactions between clinicians and patients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of clinical practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Lead and manage customer service teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing customer service teams.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices, regulations, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong planning and analytical abilities, along with effective decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in client management, with a focus on fostering positive relationships.
  • Aspiration to work in a BPO setting.
  • Ability to thrive in an aggressive work environment.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) at our office premises in Elippode, Trivandrum.
