Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient care activities and schedules in alignment with prescribed healthcare protocols.

Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Maintain accurate patient records and document interactions for reference and reporting purposes.

Address patient inquiries, provide information, and assist in resolving concerns or issues.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to organize necessary medical tests or follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:

B Pharm, D Pharm, or Paramedical qualification.

Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Excellent English communication skills.

Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office.

Ability to work from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum.

Willing to work night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM)
