1. Cash Management of numerous qualified settlement fund which are the result of mass tort litigations.

2. Generating and processing necessary transactions to vendors, claimants, and various law firms as funds become available.

3. Coordinating with the Accounting department on financial reporting activity for each settlement fund.

4. Provide service to internal and external clients by addressing inquiries regarding payments/payment status.

5. Develop ad-hoc and automated data reports for executives and managers company-wide.

6. Supporting building a proprietary platform to incorporate all settlement fund data.

7. Executing a risk analysis on current procedures.

8. Establish and maintain newly formed Bank accounts and related controls. Oversee the operations of the accounting function, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

9. Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information.

10. Should have knowledge about bank reconciliation and vendor payout .
