Roles and Responsibilities

1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.

2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database

3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement

4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures ,course  structure,

course details

5. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled

6. Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically

7. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy

8. -*experience in outbound calling & generating business

Desired Candidate Profile

1)Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently

2) Good selling and negotiations skills

3) Candidates from South West Delhi, West Delhi, Delhi NCR should only apply as it is a Work from Office job
