Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced co-founder who can handle marketing, fundraising, and investor relations for our startup. The ideal candidate may be able to invest in the company or come along with equity-based work for the next 6 months. They should have at least 10 years of experience in marketing and fundraising with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Conduct market research to identify potential investors and pitch the company to them.

Build relationships with potential investors and negotiate investment terms.

Manage investor relations and provide regular updates on the company's progress.

Work with the leadership team to develop and refine the company's business plan and financial projections.

Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company.

Provide input on product development and pricing strategies based on market research and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the team to ensure that marketing and fundraising efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
