We are having Urgent opening for Project Engineer @ Ahmedabad.

Position Title: Project Engineer

Qualification and experience: BE / B Tech (Civil) with minimum 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Development.

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Experience in finishing activities like Floor Tiling, Painting, Chowket fixing in line and level, Shutter fixing, Railing fixing, Putty and painting work for rooms as well as common areas. 

·        Exposure for handing over to customers in all respect as per specifications.

·        Completion of Snag list by all vendors involved in respect to completion of activities.

·        Coordination with internal MEP team towards completion of all activities.

• Execution of residential buildings (structural and finishes) with all construction activities as per approved drawing & I.S Specifications
• To determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, Establishes a work plan for each phase of the project.
• Responsible for planning, Monitoring & executing projects for timely completion of works
• Review the drawings, estimate quantity and costs of materials, machinery, manpower, etc.
• Preparation of progress site reports

·        Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules, monthly planning and budgets that meet them.

·        Planning in M S Projects, Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.

·        Attending and scheduling meetings as required with respective subcontractors and preparing MOM’s.

·        Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.

·        Progress review and communicating with managers, supervisors and rest of the team.

·        Ensuring all activities are completes on time and within budgets.

·        Preparing procurement schedule.

·        Managing / checking of reinforcement steel and prepare BBS before slab r casting

·        Undertaking and checking of survey with levels at every stage.

·        Setting out sites and organizing facilities.

·        Supervising Concreting, procurement requirements at site well in advance as per monthly planning.

·        Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

·        Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

·        Good communication and writing skills.

·        Team working and communication, Technical skills, Problem solving and Management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

BE / B Tech (Civil) with minimum 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Builder / Developer as per profile.

Project Exposure: High-rise Residential & Experience in multistoried buildings min G+ 10 stories
