Job Description:

·        Repair and Maintenance of NDT Inspection Equipment’s

·        Thorough inspection of equipment once back from the site

·        Nomenclature of the stores for storage of equipment and accessories at designated place.

·        Maintaining NDT Equipment’s stores with Inventory, Calibration records and in/Out records

·        Read the user/operational manual to gain knowledge of equipment operation.

·        Learning operation of NDT equipment and provide equipment handling training to Site Engineers

·        Regularly check on repair/replacement needs of equipment’s and accessories and report it to TL Operations.

·        Repair equipment inhouse.

·        Co-Ordinate with vendor/OEM with dispatch documents if equipment is not repairable in-house.

·        Raise purchase request related to purchase of equipment/accessories or for the repair.

Additional:

·        Thorough Knowledge of Electronic Components.

·        Should Know the process of fault finding.

·        Should have understanding and knowledge of reading schematic diagram.

·        Understand the operation of testing tools like multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering and de-soldering.

·        Should have understanding of SMD Components

·        Good Computer Basic Knowledge.
