Job Description:

• Repair and Maintenance of NDT Inspection Equipment’s
• Thorough inspection of equipment once back from the site
• Nomenclature of the stores for storage of equipment and accessories at designated place.
• Maintaining NDT Equipment’s stores with Inventory, Calibration records and in/Out records
• Read the user/operational manual to gain knowledge of equipment operation.
• Learning operation of NDT equipment and provide equipment handling training to Site Engineers
• Regularly check on repair/replacement needs of equipment’s and accessories and report it to TL Operations.
• Repair equipment inhouse.
• Co-Ordinate with vendor/OEM with dispatch documents if equipment is not repairable in-house.
• Raise purchase request related to purchase of equipment/accessories or for the repair.

Additional:

• Thorough Knowledge of Electronic Components.
• Should Know the process of fault finding.
• Should have understanding and knowledge of reading schematic diagram.
• Understand the operation of testing tools like multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering and de-de-soldering.
• Should have understanding of SMD Components
• Good Computer Basic Knowledge.

Qualification:

ITI (Electrical/Electronics)

Diploma/ Degree (Electronics/Mechanical)
