Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for IT services and solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive and challenging environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
  • Proposal Creation: Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in IT sales or a similar target-driven role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
