Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain.
• Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including web and mobile app development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
