Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
• Strong vendor management skills
• Knowledge of B2B procurement practices
• Experience in handling RFQ processes
• Effective stakeholder management abilities
• Customer-centric approach to sourcing
• Proficient in negotiations and deal-making
• B. Tech – Electrical/ Mechanical would be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing activities to identify and onboard quality vendors
• Manage B2B procurement processes efficiently
• Prepare and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotation) from vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Handle customer management aspects related to sourcing activities
• Lead negotiations with vendors to achieve cost-effective deals
