·        Execution of GA Equipments line Conveyors, Manipulators, Filling equipments, DC tools, Fixtures, End of Line etc

·        Planning, Layout Facility Design and Execution.

·        Prepare weekly GA shop project monitoring report, master dot and manage MIS

·        CDEU Implementation

·        Plan Investment for New Programs with Positive Business Case & manage approved budget expenditure within Target.

·        Develops Process Plan, Design Facility layout and execute. Responsible for completion of tool & equipment de-bug and validation.

·        Responsible for all activities in specifying, procuring, designing & building GA tools & equipment.

Evaluate and decide implementation feasibility of program related engineering change orders

·        Develop Business Case and Plan Investment for New Programs for ME in coordination with VLE.

·        Lead the Team for Process Planning, Layout Facility Design and Execution.

·        Receive study and approve program related Engineering change orders.

·        Develop GA team in terms for Skills development, Job responsibility allocation & their appraisals.

1.      GA M&E’s Automation and control system feasibility study, planning, develop specification, technical bid package preparation, bids evaluation, scheduling and buyoff.

2.      Implementation Electrical & Control architecture for GA shop M&E’s, Conveyor system, Transfer system, Andon system.

3.      Study of equipment and understand the requirement from shop ME for design the electrical and controls system

4.      Preparation of estimation and submit the budget to program budget and technical review with functional lead.
