Qualifications: Metallurgical or Materials Engineer, preferably with Business MBA

Experience 15 years (experience with manufacturing processes of electrical contacts)

1.    Leads his team according to company/function Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), align action plans and anticipate future needs.

2.    Utilizes performance tracking metrics to drive execution of company’s objective.

3.    Participates in the plan and execution of the procurement of new equipment.

4.    Supports customer in regard to technical issues.

5.    Performs metallurgical evaluation of samples.

6.    Support production to solve technical issues, in order to improve quality and productivity

7.    Analyses and understands customer requirements for preparing feasibility analysis and defining the recipe and processes for new products.

8.    Understands metallurgical manufacturing processes to use them to manufacture the products according to customer specification.

9.    Supports the design of tooling and fixtures for product manufacturing

10. Coordinates the process for transferring a product from the sample phase to a large scale phase.

11. Brings new technologies to increase product portfolio and capabilities.

12. Develops new processes and new products. Support the development of new businesses, new customers.
