Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive skill development programs aligned with project.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to bring real-world insights into training programs.
• Implement systems to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the training team.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in a relevant field; and certification in training and development is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role focused on skill development. (Preferred from PMKVY 3.0 training background)
• Prior experience in Mobilizing and kick starting training projects. (Preferred from PMKVY 3.0 training background)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical skills to assess training needs particularly planning and measure program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with PMKVY learning management systems and other training technologies.
