As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tender process, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. This is a full-time position located in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in tendering
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and procedures
• Experience in preparing and submitting tenders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of bank guarantees and financial aspects of tendering is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tenders and prioritize tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids
• Prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with various internal departments to gather relevant information for tender submissions
• Collaborate with team members to review and improve bid content and formats
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including timelines and document submission
• Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and other relevant information
• Monitor and track the progress of tender submissions and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Participate in tender negotiations and contract discussions, if required
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tendering
• Support other business development activities as needed
