About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our National Aircon Exclusive HVAC Experience Center. This role involves managing the front office while maintaining the overall management of our Experience Center, which displays a range of Daikin Air Conditioning products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a smooth and professional customer experience, supporting our team, and maintaining the center's operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Provide detailed explanations of Daikin Air Conditioning products, highlighting their features, benefits, and technical aspects.
  • Manage the front desk, handling inquiries, customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the Experience Center, ensuring products are displayed attractively and correctly.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the front office and display areas.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and organizing product demonstrations.
  • Manage customer service inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management for the Experience Center.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or front office roles.
  • Basic technical understanding or interest in HVAC systems, especially air conditioning products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor.
  • Female candidates with a pleasant personality, good appearance, and customer-oriented attitude.

Skills:

  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
  • Organizational skills to manage the front office efficiently.
  • Ability to handle office management tasks and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry or a technical background is an advantage.
