We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our home appliances dealership. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient financial management of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee daily transactions, including invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including payroll, supplier invoices, and customer refunds.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and support decision-making.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations that may impact the business.
