About the Job:

At Nat Habit we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.

The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.

Product (Non Tech) & Operations Analyst

Create, monitor, analyze & improve business with focus on product, sourcing, manufacturing & packaging

Responsibilities:

1. Design & launch physical products end-to-end keeping key business goals as objective
2. Work with vendors to build & implement solutions for product, packaging or manufacturing
3. Analyse & simplify manufacturing processes for improved scale & quality
4. Work cross-functionally to monitor & enforce timely launches and compliance of standards & best practices
5. Identify key process gaps and devise solutions to improve business metrices
6. Monitor & analyse data to drive business growth & improvements

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelors of Engineering from a premier institute
2. 0-2 yrs of experience
3. Very strong research and analytical skills
4. Strong solutioning ability across product, operations & business problems
5. Strong interest in mechanics, physics, chemistry, bio sciences & other core sciences
6. Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects
7. Thorough and Organized
8. Start-up enthusiast
