Job Description-Sales Officer

Qualifications

• Graduates/Diploma - minimum 0-1-year experience in Sales
• Excellent Communication in kannada & English and People skills
• Driving license compulsory ( Two & Four wheeler )

Goals

• Make the customers visit the showroom memorable and also ensuring an increase in sales & re-visits.
• Achieve monthly target.
• Advisor to a customer – helps the Customer decide according to his needs

·        Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership

·        Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential

·        customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models

·        Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers

·        Source and work on customer referrals

·        Answer all lead and customer questions accurately

·        Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options

·        Promote specific products as directed by upper management

·        Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

·        Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

·        Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

·        Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests,

·        Matching them to the most appropriate car.

·        negotiating contracts and packages

·        organizing sales visits

·        Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features

·        Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

·        Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction.
