Position - Physiotherapist - Field Clinical Support Specialist

Reports to National Manager Sales

Job content: - Is responsible for Providing presales support to Sales team for range of laser products and others products which may be introduced to the product basket from time to time, to ensure that maximum leads are converted to orders. The presales support involves the job responsibilities as under but not limited to:  Convince the customers about the superiority of our technology vis-àvis the other technologies/competitors.  Explain the ROI of investing in our Technology  Give technical presentations to the customers  Demonstrate the usage of the product to the customer  Provide information and convince the customers about various applications of the product 2 Is responsible to provide post sales application support at local level by being at customer site or via telephone, mail support and troubleshooting. 3 Is responsible to resolve technical/ support issues in coordination with sales, and service. Is responsible to use escalation procedure as appropriate. 4 Is responsible to conduct seminars, symposiums, CME’s in consultation with the National Sales Manager. 5 Is responsible for conducting internal training programs for sales and application support. 6 Is responsible for disseminating technical information to the sales team/ customers. 7 Is responsible to keep abreast with the developments in Scientific Community
