Candidate should have good experience in Add-on development, third party integration framework ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Web- Service, MS-SQL Server, Ajax, CSS, JQuery, Visual Studio, Crystal Report, Net, HANA.

Having strong knowledge of Crystal Report

Ability to do Complex Query Writing on SQL Server

1-3 Years’ experience with a partner or end-user.

Creating and Modifying queries/crystal reports as needed by the Business Users.

Knowledge of Web API integration

Trouble shooting web services, Windows Services.

Identify and resolve Technical issues and communication issues arising during implementation and support phase.

Defining and documenting requirements for software customizations and custom reports

Build and maintain strong positive working relationships with the End users.

Provide functional/ technical guidance to the support team members Identify and resolve functional technical issues and communication issues arising during implementation/ during support phase.

Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and within agreed time frame
