- Providing Application Support to the HO & branches in Go Live environment
- Setting up performance monitors and evaluating logs to determine performance problems or recommending steps to remedy a situation
- Responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis and setup of software products and Troubleshoot software and basic network connectivity problems.
- Understanding of Ticket escalation to the next level of support.
