Job Overview


We are looking for a Waiter/ Food & Beverage Steward to join our team at Club Bellezea- Numbiar Hospitality LLP. As a Waiter/ Food & Beverage Steward, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. This is a Full-Time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The salary range for this role is competitive, and we offer opportunities for growth and development within our organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required (Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on menu changes and promotions
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
