JOB DESCRIPTION

- Food preparation with adherence to the recipes and SOPs.

- Organizing, maintaining & cleaning equipment & stations.

- Launch new items & improvise on the existing items.

- Team training and management.

- Quality control, costing, wastage control & portion control.

- Online Orders Management efficiently, so that each order is ready within stipulated time. This is critical to the role.

-Specializing in Kerala Food is a plus.
