Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Facebook Ads & Google Ads

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and lead generation.
• Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Design and execute Facebook ads and Google ads campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Proven expertise in creating and managing Facebook ads and Google ads campaigns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
