Job Description – Travel Consultant (Mystifly Operations) Job Title: Travel Consultant Timing: 24/7*365 days. Week off & Shift: Rotational Location: Bangalore Job: Work from Office. Candidate Requirements and Qualifications: Should carry working experience as a Travel Consultant or of similar profile. The candidate shall have excellent knowledge and working experience with the GDS of not less than 3 years (knowledge in 2 GDS platforms (Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus) is mandate and basic knowledge on third will be an added advantage. Understanding of practices associated with reading defining and application of hub utilization, routing and fare rules. Preferably candidate should hold Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field. Diploma course in Travel & Tourism with 4+ years of experience. IATA certification will be considered as added advantage. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively Critical thinker and problem solver Team player Good organizational and time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities: Travel consultant will be responsible for regular interaction with our clients on their requirements on Ticketing or Post Ticketing Service. To connect and build relation with our clients and suppliers in the course of the travel ticketing and services. Promptness and accuracy in provisioning any service to the client is considered as most valued attribute in our consultants. Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns. Involved with attending calls from the clients and making outbound calls to the vendors to complete the process of ticket issuance.
