Job Brief-
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for generating business through bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Analyses market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues.
• Responsible for communication with the client and maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing clients.
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Coordinating with the business development manager, project manager, and Development Teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and IT fluency
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• Ability to strike a conversation and build rapport with international clients.
• Excellent time management and organization
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services
• Strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure
• Should have the zeal to work in the global scenario
