Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.

User-Centric Design: Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide the design process.

Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs.

Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Research: Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
