We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language and be willing to work in shifts to accommodate varying schedules.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
