Role Description
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conducted new employee orientations and facilitated the onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues fairly and consistently.
-Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
Qualifications
HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations skills
Knowledge of HR policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
