Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Front Office Executive with a strong background in Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in managing front office activities while also assisting with HR functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist HR department in recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role, preferably with HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
