Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have a strong desire to help resolve customer issues. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
