Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at MyMoneyMantra, India's largest phy-gital marketplace for loans, mortgages, and credit cards. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers and serving as their primary point of contact. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, and is suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or a similar customer-facing role
• Good knowledge of financial products such as loans, mortgages, and credit cards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact
• Understand customers' financial needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Educate customers on the benefits of different financial products
• Assist customers in the loan application and approval process
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings
