Job Overview

We are seeking a Loan Executive to join our team at MyMoneyMantra. As a Loan Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right loan products and providing them with financial guidance. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of various loan products and their features
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding their financial goals and requirements
• Provide guidance and advice on suitable loan products based on customer needs
• Collect and verify customer information and documents for loan applications
• Evaluate creditworthiness and determine the loan eligibility of customers
• Coordinate with financial institutions to process loan applications efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
