Job Description:
A Sales Coordinator is a professional who oversees a sales team and ensures quotas are being met for the company. They act as a liaison by providing valuable feedback from the customers and sales team upper management.
Note- The ideal candidate should be comfortable and flexible to travel Pan India.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinate with CEO/CBO, attend & arrange meetings
- Be available to travel as needed to attend business meetings, sales events, and industry conferences. Your presence will be crucial in representing our brand and fostering valuable relationships with clients
- Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Having good knowledge on Sales.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking, assisting the sales team in expanding our clientele.
Requirements and skills:
- Experience as a sales coordinator & good griping on sales or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
