Job Overview
We are seeking a committed and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai or Gurgaon. As a mid-level professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and fostering strong relationships with our merchant partners. This full-time role requires experience in the fintech and banking sectors, particularly in field sales, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction across our digital platforms.

- Proven experience in Field Sales, with a strong understanding of fintech and banking products.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and establish terms beneficial to both parties.
- Strategic planning expertise to develop and implement actionable strategies for business expansion.
- Superior communication skills, allowing seamless interaction with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficient in onboarding merchants, ensuring smooth transition and integration with our digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities, expanding our merchant network across designated regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and company standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, informing strategy and product service improvements.
- Coordinate with clients to address concerns, questions, and feedback, facilitating swift resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, tracking interactions and follow-ups to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Represent GetePay at events and meetings, promoting our solutions and securing new partnerships.
