Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Office Administrator for our Jaipur location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in office administration. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and providing support to various business functions. You will play a key part in coordinating office activities and supporting our dynamic team at GetePay.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in office coordination and the ability to maintain smooth day-to-day operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Competence in managing travel arrangements and logistics for staff (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for collaborative work and communication.
  • Data entry skills to ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Ability to manage and organize calendars effectively to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Experience with document management systems for filing, organizing, and retrieving documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and external contacts.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and arranging conference calls.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order additional items as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail, emails, and packages.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
